Grow your own food

It started with a small pot of herbs, then a bigger pot of herbs and a little pot of cherry tomato. I would have never expected myself to be THIS person. The veggie grower- that’s not me at all. When I was a kid my mum went through the phase of growing the veggies in our little garden. She made me help with it and I remember how boring it felt then(I think Gaba feels the same now LOL). But I do remember how good they tasted. As I once wrote you I remember my past through taste and smell and I still have the taste of that raspberry tomato my mum grew at the end of my tongue. I couldn’t find it anywhere until I had my Bull’s eye tomatoes this year. They smell divine and the taste is amazing.

I love that I am sure about my vegetables and fruit- I know I only use organic fertilizers, I control the pests with natural herbal “teas”, just like people did it hundreds years ago. So my body doesn’t get a coctail of chemicals with something that’s supposed to be healthy for me. My veggies are not all the same size and look like twins, each is different and boy the taste is out of this world. I will write more about how I grow my vegetables in the gardening section. I grow them in raised beds, in soil and in pots- I wanted to try everything to tell you which I find best.

I’ll leave you with the pictures- tell me you’re drooling over my tomatoes 😉
