Another post in the diet fast food series. This one is even quicker than yesterday’s spread . I know all the internet hype is focused on green smoothies but I prefer having my greens in salads and stir fries and having my smoothies whatever colour I choose that day. I will have a green one if I desire the colour but turning everything green, no thank you.
My favourite smoothies are made with Greek yogurt or with buttermilk. If you don’t like dairy go for almond or hazelnut milk. You’ll need some thickener-oats or chia seeds work fine. Today I’ll post two recipes for my favourite go to smoothies. I love them for breakfast and I love them as a post workout meal! Especially the peanut butter one, I might add some maca and hemp protein then. Soo good!

RECIPE- PEANUT BUTTER BANANA SMOOTHIE
250 ml buttermilk1 banana
1 heaping T of peanut butter
I sometimes add: hemp seed protein(1T), maca(1 T)
Put all in your blender and blend for a minute. Serve and drink immediately.
RECIPE- BLUEBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
250 ml Greek yogurt1 banana
1 cup frozer blueberries
